Our goal is to break down barriers that still show when questions arise about structuring processes in the use of IT and conceptual design when setting up or adapting IT in the company.

Experience in some areas of IT application, in different professions and work environments has helped to show that customized solutions adapted to the needs of the customer require a differentiated approach.

A predominantly technology-oriented approach to designing an IT solution, installing it and integrating it into the on-site processes is sometimes not enough for successful long-term use.

Every technical concept must be individually adapted to the work processes, areas of application and skills of the employees, as well as the objectives of the management.

These customers often have 1-10 employees who, like the office or practice owner themselves, perform several functions and tasks in one person in order to be able to replace colleagues in daily tasks at short notice in the event of illness or vacation.

A suitable IT environment is created for such customers, thus simple specifications in work steps for data access and data storage that are adapted to the size of the company, effective, sufficiently secure and manageable.

Mobile Work / Home-Office and digital nomadism are new possibilities for location-independent collaboration

Opportunities for more life-time and more effective and therefore more satisfying working hours are sometimes not used, because technical means and possible work processes are not well known enough.

The aim is to organize working hours in such a way that employees have more life-time and the company save money due to less employees' travel time.

Sustainability is an essential aspect for employees to choose and to stay with a company if it leads to:

  • less commuting and less maintenance of office space and thus to:

“Don't ask what others should do for you, accomplish things by yourself DIY”.

Decentralized and local means using the existing local structures so that supra-regional structures do not have to be additionally maintained, expanded and used at great expense for necessary nationwide or even international transport.

The motto is to work successfully from any remote location and act in an economically sustainable manner.
